I originally came to this office because it was the closest office to my home and my insurance covered a first visit. Upon arrival, I found the office personell very friendly and efficient. We chatted while awaiting the doctor. I should have realized that he would be just as wonderful and he was! He spent a long time with me and I found I needed a cataract removed. His staff worked with the doctor to get me an appointment the following week with a specialist. He also noticed an increased pressure in my eyes, (a precursor to glaucoma). I've since recommended Dr. Weshefsky to many of my friends live in our active 55+ community.

The ladies here at the office are AWSOME! So helpful and friendly, Dr. Weshefsky is great. The little extras like the sunglass trunk show and coffee are fabulous. By far, the BEST eye doctor office I have ever been to. Here, you are not just a patient, but a friend who came to visit.

Our insurance sent us to Dr. Weshefsky. Although we have always made a point to see an ophthalmologist, both my husband and I felt that Dr. Weshefsky was more thorough than any ophthalmologist we've ever seen. He makes sure your glasses will be the correct prescription to allow you to see well.

The staff could not have been more gracious! The Dr. is a very gentle mannered man with the patience of a saint. So happy they came to Carolina Forest area. My daughter was a nervous patient and he eased her fears away. I will continue do come here for my eyecare.

I realized on day that during the night, little gremlins were sneaking into my home and office and swapping out my phone books for new ones with smaller print. Not only did Dr. Weshefsky provide me with excellent service, great glasses and a wonderful staff to deal with - he also (apparently) sent someone to my home and office to exterminate the gremlins!!! I can now read the phone book, menus and even the tiny print on those dreaded contracts.
What a wonderful experience - start to finish.
I have the greatest eyewear money can buy at a reasonable price.

I moved here in 2006 from Long Island. Needing to establish all new doctors was a chore. When I came in to see Dr. Weshefsky, he was very, very professional but still had a great sense of humor, which is important to me. He was down to earth, caring, and understanding of all my needs. The entire staff in the front office makes you feel welcome as soon as you open the door. I felt like I knew them all, all of my life. It didn't surprise me that Dr. Weshefsky won the "Best Eye Doctor" in Myrtle Beach. I thank each and everyone in the office and would always recommend others to the office.
